IMO, 8x would be far too much magnification.
1X version has NO optics;
Glossy finish provokes glare...
camera focus is NOT parfocal to eyepieces.
Lacking relay optic, microscope must be refocused for the camera.
Refocused image is too small for (Canon 6D) 35mm sensor,
would also be too small for APS-C sensor,
and quality is badly impacted (below, right)
